My latest workout suggestion.

October-December 2023 strength and conditioning workout:

1. Kettlebell swings - 4x8

2. Dumbbell incline bench press - 4x8

3. Dumbbell alternating lunges - 4x8, plus 1 on right (knee damage maintenance)

4. Dumbbell bent-over row on bench - 4x8 each

5. Dumbbell 1-Leg Romanian dead lift - 4x5 each, plus 1 on right (knee and hamstring damage maintenance)

6. Dumbbell front/side shoulder raise - 4x5 each

7. 3 varieties of abdominal exercises - 3x12-15 each
