Do they make fortune cookies in languages other than English, and presumably Mandarin/Cantonese? For instance, in Spain, are the fortune cookies written in Spanish? In Russia, are the fortune cookies written in Russian? Do they even have Chinese restaurants outside of China and the U.S.?
