You ever seen a homeless person with a dog? How does a homeless person manage to care for a dog? There are people with vast resources who cannot properly care for a dog. I guess it makes sense that feral dogs and feral people would form a bond, but what are the dynamics of the relationship? How reciprocal is it? How loyal is one to the other? An urban zoologist must study this.
