I cannot understand the success of Instacart during the pandemic and beyond. If you are germophobic, why would you think hiring a stranger to collect and deliver your groceries is safer and more sanitary than doing it yourself? People can fool themselves all they want, but the underlying reason for Instacart's success is laziness on the part of the customers.
