Thought of the Day

Why is the military opposed to accepting openly gay soldiers? I figure homosexual men would make excellent soldiers. I'd much rather be fighting along side a gay man than a straight one. I'm sure a gay dude would be much more willing to take a bullet for me than a straight guy.
