Most people who get cosmetic surgery must be desperately vain, shallow, and insecure. How could anyone be so dissatisfied with a part of their body that they would have someone "enhance" it with foreign substances to make it look "better"? I don't find fake breasts sexy, regardless of how "perfect" they look. I find them laughable. I'm assuming any reasonable man feels the same way. The worst cosmetic surgery trend though is muscle enhancement. I saw this show on MTV where guys were getting calf and pec implants. It was the most absurd and pathetic thing I've seen in recent memory. The substance used in this surgery is called synthol, which is 85% oil, 7.5% lidocaine, and 7.5% alcohol. What would happen if you poked these goofy bastards in their fake muscles with a low gage needle? I'd love to try it one day and watch the ensuing oily mess.
