Sobriety

I've been weed and drink-free for a month now and I'm starting to feel pretty good about it. Unfortunately, I've picked up several packs of Newports in the process. I still feel pretty good about myself, and although I'm not shooting for a complete lifestyle change it feels empowering to be able to go without certain vices for extended periods of time. Now I just need to get back to the gym on a more regular basis. Spring is upon us and pretty soon it's gonna be beach and pool time and I need to get back in my typical form soon. I'm not a meathead by any means but I would consider myself a jock at heart so being fit for spring/summer is high up on my priority list. If only I could kick the cigarette habit. That would help a lot.
